How can we help?

Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, the form at the bottom reaches us directly and we reply by email.

Waiting for your extension?

Delivery is manual, and takes under 30 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Before writing to us, two quick checks:

  • 1The package is sent to the email address used during payment, which is not always your usual one.
  • 2Look in your spam folder. A first email carrying a ZIP often lands there.

Still nothing after two hours? Use the form and give us the email address used at checkout, we will find your order.

Order and delivery

I paid but I have not received my extension

Delivery is manual and usually takes under 30 minutes. The package is sent to the email address used during payment, so check that inbox, including the spam folder. If more than two hours have passed, use the form below with the email address used at checkout.

What exactly do I receive?

A ZIP containing the complete Manifest V3 extension, its full source code, your branding, a store listing draft and a publishing guide. Nothing is locked behind a subscription.

Can I use a different email address than the payment one?

Yes. Tell us through the form which address you want the package sent to, and mention the one used at checkout so we can match your order.

Publishing on the Chrome Web Store

Can you publish the extension for me?

No. The extension is published from your own Chrome Web Store developer account, so it stays under your control. We provide the package and the step-by-step guide.

My extension was refused by Google, what now?

Send us the exact refusal message through the form. Most refusals come from the listing itself rather than the code: missing privacy policy, permissions without justification, or a description that does not match what the extension does.

How long does Google take to review?

Usually a few days, sometimes longer for a first submission. The delay is entirely on Google's side and no service can shorten it.

Do I have to pay Google as well?

Yes, a one-time US$5 developer registration fee, paid directly to Google when you create your account. It is not a subscription and you do not pay it again for later extensions. Our publishing guide covers this step.

Changes and refunds

Can I ask for a change after delivery?

Yes. If the extension does not match what was ordered, we correct it. You also own the source code, so you or any developer can modify it freely.

Can I get a refund?

If the package has not been delivered yet, contact us and we refund. Once the source code has been delivered it cannot be returned, but if the extension does not match the order we fix it or refund.

Do I own the code?

Yes, entirely. No subscription is required to keep it, and nothing stops working if you never hear from us again.
